Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month warranty against defects in design, materials, and workmanship. If your item becomes defective under normal use within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

What is Covered:

• Defects in material or workmanship
• Tools that do not perform as intended due to manufacturing defects
• Products that break, fail, or malfunction under normal usage conditions

What is Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
• Damage resulting from accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
• Products that have been modified or altered in any way

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team by emailing us at support@avsteel.us or by filling out the contact form on our website. Please provide the following information:

   • Order number and date of purchase
   • Description of the issue with the product
   • Photos of the product showing the defect
   • Any other relevant details

2. Review & Resolution: Our team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible. If the claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the item depending on the nature of the defect. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product.

3. Replacement or Repair: Once the warranty claim is validated, we will send a replacement item or repair the defective product. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.
